Global Solutions

Global Solutions

Global strategic solution framework. Local delivery.

Over the past 15 years we have developed a number of global programmes for our pharmaceutical clients. These programmes were successfully developed to ensure affiliates adopt best practice in adherence, drive healthcare professional engagement and reduce market duplication. Our solutions combine our global clinical and strategic experience with our sound knowledge of what it takes to deliver at a local level.

Global best practice

With an established presence in over nine countries across Europe, the UK and Australasia, we are able to harness best practice in solution design from around the world.

Our interventions draw on the clinical expertise of our in-house health psychology experts who are recognised global leaders in their field. Our programme strategists regularly attend international conferences and events and exchange their expertise and experience with the industry and colleagues worldwide.

Local adaptation

Global programme frameworks only work when adopted by local markets. We design programmes that allow adaption to local market requirements to ensure maximum uptake and effectiveness.

We draw on our Understand Connect Change (UCC) process and the international expertise of our global team to ensure our solutions will work within the context of the local cultural and healthcare system environment.

We also have regulatory knowledge and expertise to offer advice on market-specific regulatory requirements.

Our integrated European and global implementation partner

To ensure local delivery, we have formed partnerships with call centre providers to enable local call centre support in each continent.

Seamlessly managed through our purpose-built OnTrack Patient Relationship Management (xRM) platform and client service team, this service:

  • currently working on 5 Global projects
  • is established in 30 countries across five continents;
  • offers patient support call centre services across a wide range of therapeutic areas;
  • draws on our broad disease state experience.
