• conducts research to identify specific behavioural drivers of non-adherence within each particular disease state;
• isolates behavioural drivers that are responsive to intervention;
• rates the non-adherence risk of individual patients using sophisticated screening instruments;
• segments the patient population based on factors affecting adherence;
• personalises communication to reach patient-specific behaviours that can lead to improved health outcomes.
