We are looking for a talented Senior Business Analyst with exceptional Project Management experience to join our US team based in New Jersey in an exciting and challenging work environment.

You will have an aptitude for working in a client-driven environment, where understanding and meeting the objectives of clients across complex internal stakeholder groups is paramount.  You understand how to move projects through robust approval processes, and know what it takes to problem solve in challenging and unchartered territories.  You will work closely with all internal disciplines including client service teams, strategists, technology and production support teams along with  external suppliers.

Key tasks will include:

  • Analyze business requirements and develop high quality specifications to enable the development and configuration of internal systems and platforms, including CRM, websites, supporting web services and reporting
  • Assist Group Technology and Atlantis Digital in the development and the sign-off of local specifications and implementations
  • Provide support for new and existing CRM and supporting applications including, testing, defect management and change request management
  • Communicate effectively and develop strong relationships with external and internal team members
  • Produce CRM user documentation and training and refresher training

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience constructing user stories
  • A highly focused customer service ethic
  • A good understanding of systems and technology, with MSCRM and .net applications  being a major plus
  • Experience in website implementation and specification
