We employ a robust programme design methodology that draws on a combination of:

  • an in-depth understanding of the patient through our on-going commitment to health psychology research;
  • the commercial considerations of the brand; and
  • a sound knowledge of the healthcare delivery system, including who owns the patient relationship, and who is in the best position to affect change.

We have an in-house clinical team of world recognised adherence experts, we continue to fund proprietary research in this area. On a daily basis we talk with enrolled patients, which allows us to get to know them on an individual level.

Connect
